Young, Talented Australian actor and father of one Heath Ledger is dead. Ledger, 28, was on Tuesday found dead in his Manhattan apartment with sleeping pills near his body by a housekeeper who went to inform him that his masseuse had arrived for an appointment.
Ledgers Death is especially shocking because this would be the 2nd death in Hollywood that has mysteriously been involved with pills and discovery of their Naked Body… the 1st being Marylin Monroe.
On the Discovery of his body here is a quote from the NY Post:
Pills were strewn around the bed, and there was a bottle next by the actor’s body, police sources said.
Bottles of the generic forms of Xanax and Valium, both anti-anxiety drugs prescribed in his name, were found in the house, according to law-enforcement sources. The sleeping drug Ambien was also found near his body, sources said.
Many are saying it may be a possible suicide and others are saying it may have been a homicide but Hollywood is mourning a bright and shining star is gone! Ledger just wrapped up work as Joker in the upcoming film “Darkest Night” which is slated for release Summer 2008.
Ledger was nominated for a best actor Oscar for his role as a gay cowboy in Brokeback Mountain. He did not win but he was commended for his performance. He first appearance in the US was the 1999 hit “10 Things I hate about you” along with Julia Stiles.

i loved heith ledger and all the movies he did.
he was very inspirational and brought me into all the roles he played.
i went to all the premeirs of all his movies.
it was most definitly a shock to have herd that he was found dead.
he o.d which is the worst way to die.
rest in peace heith leadger.
