The Story So Far:
Tank was arrested for disorderly conduct during NBA All-Star Weekend in New Orleans on Monday morning, and the R&B singer has accused New Orleans Police of assaulting him. Tank was on his way to an after party for the NBA All-Star Weekend at the House of Blues with a female friend, Ira Dewitt, in the early hours of Monday, when they were prevented by police from venturing into the club due to a shooting in the area.
