The Battle has come to an END!!!!!!!

Sperminator Kevin Federline was granted sole custody of his children with fallen pop star Britney Spears today. Federline’s lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan told  E! News an agreement has been signed between the former lovebirds. This brings an end to the custody battle that revealed the fact that britney had been feeding her children coke, pepsi and cheese pops!

Federline now has sole legal and physical custody of sons Sean Preston and Jayden James and Britney will have visitation rights. The Agreement has not been approved by the court yet but something tells me they will approve it

This has to be the first time i’m reading that a mother loses a custody case but hey! its Britney Spears Y’all
Im wondering if Dick Wolf will make the battle a Law and Order Case!

Britney Spears is on her way to a full comeback, the fallen pop star had a meeting with Mel Gibson last week and lord knows what they discussed. Her First stop on her road to her comeback was an appearance on CBS’s “How I met your Mother”

Britney Spears was Spotted Having dinner with Mel Gibson on Saturday and one can’t help but wonder if she is crossing over into movies again!

The two enjoyed dinner at the Romanov restaurant in Studio City.

A Restaurant source said:

“It was exciting to have both of them here together”

“We heard they hit it off and that Britney seemed excited.”

Britney Spears might be seeing her kids on the regular but the singers father Jaime Spears will remain in control of her finances until the singer regains her sanity.

Jaime Spears has been in a legal battle with the singers former manager Sam Lufti over Britney’s finances and affairs since February, he was granted co-conservatorship until March 10 but a ruling by the court has extended his control of her assets till July.

hmm… does that mean Britney is still mentally incompetent till July too?

All the Starbucks Outlets in America will be closed tonight from 5:30pm to 9:30pm local time.

K-Fed and his Lawyer have agreed to modify the court order that prohibited Britney from seeing Jayden James and Sean Preston.

K-Fed’s Lawyer Vincent Kaplan said:

“We’re pleased that the process of reinstating the children’s mother as a participant in their lives can commence.”

“Ms. Spears will be seeing her boys very soon after that. But it’s not a total done deal yet,”

Kaplan also mentioned that the court commissioner is yet to sign the agreement and that as soon as it does…it will go into action!

Yeah Right! K-Fed needs Britney’s Child Support Payments and we all know he can’t afford his lawyer!

She might have lost custody of her kids again for a totally different reason but Britney spears is definitely proving that she does want a job as an Underwear spokeswoman!

The “Peice of Me” singer was spotted leaving a club in LA and she had more than a smile…her legs were open!

Sam Lufti who happens to be one of the many maniacs in Britney’s Camp is trying to take Britney’s travails to the Federal Stage! The So called manager and her father are in a grueling battle over who is entitled to run her affairs now that the ex-phsyco musician is out on the lose. The case which is presiding in a local court has been rumored to have been transferred to the Federal Court system and guess who is pushing for it to go Federal….Yep! Its Sam Lufti Y’all …

According to the LA Times Britney Spears has been released from the psychiatric ward at UCLA Medical Center. I guess they just keep delaying this whole treatment…I Certainly know how irritating it is to sleep in a hospital bed day by day knowing that every day means a certain amount of money you have to cough up! In Britney’s case she has the money to stay there but from some strange reason they release her and she acts crazy again and ends up going back!

The chick needs help , can’t someone figure this out? Releasing her to run wild in the general public is doing nothing but harm to her now that we know she has some sort of Bipolar Disorder she may attack someone….a fan? a family member…the signs are there…save this lady before it is damn well too late….

America Seems to believe so the Philster has hooked up with Britney (According to TMZ) in attempt to save the pop-stars life will he be succesful? I dont even know what else to say, her album topped the charts but she still isnt physically and mentally well!
