Eva Longoria Parker might have a long ass name and just one steady acting gig but now she’s adding more stuff to her Resume. The Desperate Housewives actress recently opened a restaurant with her celebrity friend Chef Todd English and the name of the place is Beso!

Here’s a Quote from People Magazine:

?I’m a little nervous too, But at least I don?t have to cook?

“I’ll go to a restaurant and if I have an amazing dish I’ll go to the kitchen and ask the chef how he made it. And then I’ll make him teach me. You can ask Tony , I do it all the time. I’ll leave him at the table for like 30 minutes.”
