Jim Carrey’s Animated movie “Horton Hears a Who” debuted at number 1 in its opening at the box office with $45.1 Million.

Well below his record with “Bruce Almighty” that grossed $67.95 Million its opening weekend but for an animated movie Horton didn’t do so bad knocking down “10,000 BC” and “Never Back Down” to numbers 2 and 3.

I’m glad that people are taking their families out to watch movies because the way the economy is going shit… I won’t mind time off to laugh with the kids!
